The Quebec Strategic Microsystem Group (<\/span>ReSMiQ<\/span>) aims\u00a0<\/span>to promote\u00a0<\/span>research\u00a0<\/span>on the<\/span>e<\/span>s<\/span>\u00a0microsystems<\/span>,<\/span>\u00a0in order to allow the installation of instrumentation<\/span>s<\/span>\u00a0and of\u00a0<\/span>devices<\/span>\u00a0miscellaneous\u00a0<\/span>in\u00a0<\/span>fields of application<\/span>\u00a0such as health, education and industry. The management of the\u00a0<\/span>ReSMiQ<\/span>\u00a0as well as all of its members\u00a0<\/span>are convinced that the quality of this research and the originality of the ideas that drive it\u00a0<\/span>born<\/span>\u00a0are better served<\/span>e<\/span>s by l<\/span>'establishment\u00a0<\/span>from a research environment\u00a0<\/span>where equity and fairness reign<\/span>\u00a0diversity, constructive scientific debate and the inclusion of all<\/span>yours and\u00a0<\/span>of\u00a0<\/span>all<\/span>s.<\/span><\/p>

In particular, the very nature of the\u00a0<\/span>ReSMiQ<\/span>\u00a0aims to encourage collaborations between members, based solely on their academic profiles and those of their students. P<\/span>for this reason<\/span>,<\/span>\u00a0THE\u00a0<\/span>ReSMiQ<\/span>\u00a0puts forward a policy which aims\u00a0<\/span>to raise awareness among its members and\u00a0<\/span>promote a culture of research based\u00a0<\/span>on\u00a0<\/span>the definitions\u00a0<\/span>following equity, diversity and inclusion:<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

A set of practices that promote the creation of a welcoming and respectful environment that fully integrates all members of its community and offers them support and encouragement measures to promote their well-being and achievement. It is an ongoing commitment aimed at integration, support\u00a0<\/span>and the advancement of researchers, particularly those who are part of underrepresented groups in the field.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
