Organized by MDPI Canada and the United States in collaboration with the ReSMiQ
The workshop will address topics related to, among other things, the following areas:
• MEMS resonators, actuators and sensors: design, manufacturing and optimization
• Biomedical microdevices: portable and flexible sensors for health monitoring
• Microfabrication and materials: flexible substrates, thin-film deposition and microfluidics
• RF, microwave and terahertz microelectronics: circuit design, antennas, beamforming and spectroscopy
• Integrated circuits and VLSI systems: CMOS drivers, mixers, FPGA-based accelerators, and asynchronous/low-power design
• Photonics and optical devices: silicon photonics, inversely designed devices and optical fiber sensors
• Wireless communications and networks: 6G, satellite and drone networks, RIS-assisted systems, and AI-based resource management, DRL, and federated learning
• Sensors and detection systems: chemical, humidity, gas, pressure and strain sensors for environmental and industrial monitoring
• Energy systems for microelectronics: batteries, supercapacitors and hydrogen/electrocatalysis storage materials
